During this workshop, you will learn the core components of mindfulness. You will learn different meditation postures and techniques. We will review your belief systems and how this is deeply located in your brain unconsciously. In the end, you will learn how to establish some positive habits to reduce stress and increase your well-being.
This workshop will be very practical, so come with a comfortable cloth. I advise you to bring a sweater (the room could be too cold for you!).
