Mindfulness for Beginners

During this online course you will learn the seven core components of mindfulness. You will learn tools to reduce stress,  and start creating a much better reality.  It is a 8-hours course for any person looking for an in-depth exploration of the science and practice of mindfulness. You will also learn basic meditation practices to add more peace to your world. This program is a hands-on course. All the tools are designed to easily fit into your day. 

The 8-hours are divided into four sessions. The sessions are live and not recorded. Once you register you will receive your virtual link and more details.
