During this program you will learn 10 complimentary components of mindfulness, and how to create positive interventions to improve your well-being. You need to have completed Automagic Level 1. This is a hands-on course. All the tools will be applied before you leave the course.
The 9-hours are divided into four sessions. Three sessions are going to be online (live, not recorded!), and one on-ground. Once you register you will received your virtual link and more details.
