Mindfulness for Beginners - May 23, 2018

During this program you will learn the seven core components of mindfulness. You will learn tools to reduce stress and start creating a much better reality.  It is a 9-hours course for any person looking for an in-depth exploration of the science and practice of mindfulness.

This program is a hands-on course. All the tools are designed to easily fit into your day. 

The 9-hours are divided into four sessions. Three session are going to be online (live, not recorded!), and one on-ground. Once you register you will receive your virtual link and more details.

    • Wednesday, May 23 & 30, and June 6 (7:00pm - 9:00 pm EST)
  • The date of our on-ground session will be:
    •  Saturday, June 16  (10:00 am - 1:00 pm EST)
